Yogalates

Yogalates is combination of yoga, reformer flow and mat moves to focus on a restorative flow.

Best for: Beginner/Intermediate

Challenge yourself. Take your yoga practice deeper in this Ashtanga practice. Follow a set sequence of postures, each time gradually progressing. Journey with your breath as you flow between postures. Promoting inner balance & mental clarity

A gentle, grounding session designed to release tension and promote stillness. This class offers space to connect with the feminine aspect of the practice and cultivate deeper mindfulness.

Expect a calming flow paired with long, supported stretches.

Take yourself on a mini retreat. This Yin and sound healing practice is the perfect antidote to the busy modern life. You will hold poses, whilst the relaxing sounds washes over you and calms your nervous system.

Move slower, feel more! Connect to your body, and unwind your mind. Release tension with deep stretches, guided meditation and breathwork. This class offers more time in each pose to explore each shape in detail. Expect a grounding and embodied practice.

Inviting gentle and intuitive movement, this class offers a soft Vinyasa flow that transitions into grounding Yin. You will experience both the warmth of gentle effort and the calm of stillness all in one balanced session.

Class Policy

At Formé Wellness our class policies are there to protect each and all our members experience within our classes and studio and we truly believe that this works both ways which is why many polices are also expected from us.

  • 8 hour cancellation policy for semi private training.

  • 12 hour cancellation policy for Private training.

  • Please ensure that you arrive at least 5 minutes before class start time (late arrivals cannot be guaranteed entry).

  • For those that are new to Pilates, we encourage attending at least 4 Formé Fundamentals classes to make sure you have a solid foundation in Pilates before moving on to more advanced classes.

  • *For the best quality workout please ensure that all phones are on silent and away from the workout area.

  • For hygiene & safety reasons, grip socks are compulsory for all classes (on sale at front desk).
