Our class concepts have been developed to bring the best from pilates, fitness and yoga  together to create programs that have intentional movement to feel better, look better and enjoy each and every class.

Our instructors at Formé Wellness use detailed programming to achieve just that, with progressions and modifications to ensure everyone gets just what they need from their sessions. There is something for everyone. Our timetable also reflects this, ensuring each hour has a range of our programs.

Fundamentals

A class based on all the pilates fundamentals for clients looking to begin their journey or refresh their knowledge. Uses reformer, mat and occassionally tower.

Intensity Level: 2/5

Best for: Beginners/Intermediate

Sculpt brings the best of pilates and fitness together to create a flow of reformers, weights occasionally jump board to create the ultimate workout.

Intensity Level: 4/5

Best for: Intermediate (or experienced in pilates)

Our signature reformer-based class mixing a combination of reformer, tower, chair and mat pilates whilst utilizing props.

Intensity Level: 2.5/5

Best for: Beginner/Intermediate (or experience in pilates)

Yogalates is combination of yoga, reformer flow and mat moves to focus on a restorative flow.

Intensity: 2/5

Best for: Beginner/Intermediate

Expect creativity from your instructors, a variety of challenges, balances and some standing on the reformer. Reformer , props and chair used to challenge you.

Intensity: 5/5

Best for: Advanced (instructor approval needed)

A tower-based class, using the tower, chair, mat and props to challenge, lengthen and tone your body.

Intensity: 4/5

Best for: Intermediate (reformer experience preferred)

Our signature reformer-based class with more intensity for toning and shaping. Mixing a combination of reformer, tower, chair and mat pilates whilst utilizing props.

Strength based class where time under tension builds and tones your body. Heavier weights, longer reps integrating a diverse combination of pilates/fitness moves for the best workout.

Class Policy

At Formé Wellness our class policies are there to protect each and all our members experience within our classes and studio and we truly believe that this works both ways which is why many polices are also expected from us.

  • 8 hour cancellation policy for semi private training.

  • 12 hour cancellation policy for Private training.

  • Please ensure that you arrive at least 5 minutes before class start time (late arrivals cannot be guaranteed entry).

  • For those that are new to Pilates, we encourage attending at least 4 Formé Fundamentals classes to make sure you have a solid foundation in Pilates before moving on to more advanced classes.

  • *For the best quality workout please ensure that all phones are on silent and away from the workout area.

  • For hygiene & safety reasons, grip socks are compulsory for all classes (on sale at front desk).
