Mega Pro Intro
We waste no time getting started! In these classes, you will be introduced to a variety of innovative exercises that will serve as the foundation for your entire Lagree journey. Our approach is designed to gradually build your strength and endurance through structured, controlled movements. We will introduce the machine, spring settings and movement sequences.

Mega Pro Intermediate
As you move from the intro phase to the intermediate and advanced levels, you will find yourself building confidence in the workout sequences you have already mastered. You will continue to perfect your technique, improving your performance and strengthening your foundation. At these higher levels, your fitness coaches will introduce more advanced techniques by increasing your time under tension during each exercise. This will challenge your muscles to work harder and engage more deeply, leading to greater strength, endurance, and overall muscle activation. As a result, you will notice a fitter, stronger, tighter physique

Mega by Forme is our bridge class between beginner and intermediate level. Expect the shakes! Balance, strength and core challenges. Lagree or fitness experience advised.

Looking to get back into workouts post baby, we got you! Our mega mamas class is designed for clients who are beginnig their journey post patrum. Our Mega Mamas class has been designed to help strengthen you providing a tailored workout to achieve this focusing on key elements for this journey.

Class Policy
At Formé Wellness our class policies are there to protect each and all our members experience within our classes and studio and we truly believe that this works both ways which is why many polices are also expected from us.
8 hour cancellation policy for semi private training.
12 hour cancellation policy for Private training.
Please ensure that you arrive at least 5 minutes before class start time (late arrivals cannot be guaranteed entry).
For those that are new to Pilates, we encourage attending at least 4 Formé Fundamentals classes to make sure you have a solid foundation in Pilates before moving on to more advanced classes.
